Morgan Mindell
Attorney
I was born and raised in Tenafly, New Jersey and graduated from Tenafly High School. I completed my undergraduate studies at the George Washington University, graduating with honors. During the course of my studies, I had the opportunity to intern at the State Attorney’s Office in Rockville, Maryland. I was also fortunate enough to spend a semester abroad living in Barcelona and traveling throughout Europe.
Thereafter, I attended and received my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, I served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ellen Sue Venzer of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court Family Division. Additionally, I interned with the Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., where I had the chance to give back by providing legal representation in a variety of areas for those less fortunate.
My practice areas include complex first party property/coverage litigation, premises liability, construction litigation and property litigation.
In my free time, I enjoy reading science fiction, gardening and spending time with friends, family and my daughter (dog), Olivia.
